Long time no see...

It has been a very long time since my last post. So many things have changed! Alexander is almost three and he acts like a very big boy. Kevin moved us to South Korea last March (2010) and we are loving being together as a family here. This past December we welcomed Auriemma to the world. She is gorgeous. I can't believe she's already 3 months old.
Xander just started Korean Kindergarten. I'm really excited for him! He learns Korean, Chinese, and English languages. He also has piano lessons and Tae Kwon Do. It's only three days a week and I sure do miss him when he's not around.
Emma is a little ray of sunshine. She's such a happy little girl. Her big brother was too, but she is something else. She just started giggling at Mommy and Daddy and totally says Goo Goo Gaa Gaa. I don't remember Xander doing that. He just kind of hollered as if he was saying "Hey you! I'm over here being cute come look at me!"
We're just coming out of my first South Korean winter. What a big change from Florida weather! Snow, ice and WIND! The mountains are so beautiful. It's like looking at a picture, but it's actually the real thing. It's amazing. Since I spent most of my first year here pregnant I didn't get to experience a whole lot of this culture, so I'm very glad that we'll be here another two years so I can catch up on things.
I will try my best to keep things updated here, but don't blame me if I don't. As a momma of two and being busier than ever I can hardly remember to do much of anything! Until next time...

Lazy Sunday

Today was just another day. Relaxed at home all day with Xander. He’s getting so big. He climbs up on the couch to cuddle with me. Then he’s off on another adventure, up the stairs in the cupboards in the kitchen. He’s too much fun.

Those are some pictures of my little handsome devil…

Long time since an update…

A lot has happened since my last update. Xander is now 15 months old and is running everywhere and is into everything! Kevin joined the Army in January and just left for South Korea last Wednesday. It’s really hard being split apart from your husband. Though modern technology is making it easier for us to keep in touch. Xander was able to talk to his daddy tonight via webcam. It was very cute. He blew him kisses and danced for daddy. Kevin will return for leave hopefully in about 6 months and will be back in the states in one year. =/

Life is good.

I'm having a lot of fun being a mommy. Alexander is such a good baby! He's growing like a weed! I can hardly believe he's 9 1/2 weeks old already. Here are some things we've done since my last post. June 1st we had family portraits done. They are beautiful! Just wait until his first serious girlfriend sees that one. =)
The next day Kevin and I celebrated our first wedding anniversary!
A future Jedi Knight? Or a Sith Lord? You decide... Xander and Daisy Rock Springs! June 22, 2008 The makings of a future chocoholic. =) We took the baby to the movies with us to see The Happening. Would you believe me if I told you he was quiet the entire time? Well he was, and awake too! The only time he made any noise was when he was hungry, and all he did was make a couple low coos. So proud of my little guy. After that we walked around the square (Spanish Springs) and I didn't have anything to carry him, and I was NOT taking the car seat. Do you know how heavy those things are?? Well I made myself a sling out of his blanket. It was pretty secure too. Me and Xander sleepin'. I don't know when Kevin took this picture... At the pool on the 4th of July. Look he can swim!

Our little guy is growing so fast. Everyday I wake up and he's bigger! I can't remember what life was like without him. Until next time...

It's been awhile...

...since my last post! Sorry about that! Let me get you caught up on things...

Kevin and I are doing great, Daisy and Shadow are too, and now we have our new addition to the family! Our son Alexander was born May 4th at 5:39AM and was 8lbs 15oz and 22 inches long! And that was at 38 weeks! I just can't imagine how big he would have been if we waited two more weeks for him to come! Labor sucks, I took the drugs. It will be awhile before I try that again! Xander is the sweetest thing. He looks just like his daddy.

Being a new mom is tough, but I'm loving every minute of it. Well, I could do without the middle of the night scream fests.

Daisy the Super-Agility Dog!!

Hey everyone, Happy Easter! I just wanted to share with you a video of little Daisy and I running the agility course this weekend. She was a little rusty and distracted because daddy (Kevin) was taking the video and she had already run the course 4 times. And yes, I am 32 weeks pregnant in this video that we just took yesterday and I realize I look huge. And that’s because, well I am… I’ve got work to do when this little guy comes.

Things might be...

looking up for me and Kevin. We should be getting an okay return plus the other refund Bush approved. The only thing he's done good in the last 8 years? Little Alexander's hopsital bills will be paid, and hopefully some of mine too.

On a better note, Daisy is so cute in her agility class! But the last two classes have been rained out. =( It seems to only rain on Friday nights when we're supposed to have class. Her Saturday Obedience class has Graduation this upcoming week. Wish Daisy girl luck! See if we can get another first place!

My little baby boy...

was so uncooperative today. We went in for the 4-D ultrasound today and couldn't get any good pictures he had his head in my hip bone. Silly boy... They had me drinking Coca Cola, walking, skipping, stretching up then touching my toes, all to try to get him to MOVE!! He must have thought "Nope, not happening", because it didn't. He stayed put, and put his hand in front of his face. He was sucking on his fingers. It was amazing to see him in there though. I can't wait til he is here!

This was the best picture of his face we got. His hand covers the other half of it.

I've been slacking...

on my blog posting. Not that I've been busy, I've just been lazy. That and growing a baby in my belly. I'm enjoying the first week of my third trimester. I can't believe it's so close! It seems like yesterday I was joking with a friend about it, then the - went to +. I love being pregnant, but I also am anxious to meet my little man. Hopefully we'll be ready when he arrives. Some days I'm confident I will be, and others I'm really nervous. No turning back now! only 83 days to go.

HELP!!

Things aren't going so well... my hours have been severly cut. From 35 a week to 10. And we weren't making it on the 35. I just don't know what to do. Bills are stacking up, and I haven't even gotten the bill for my latest hospital visit yet. This has come at the worse time. Alexander will be here sooner than we know it and I just don't know how we're going to provide for him. I need a miracle, and soon...
